The Couture Collection was meant to provide more embellishments to use with any kit. I have created Frames, Swirls, Masks and Waves. You can get any set separately or you can get the entire collection as a bundle, heavily discounted. Use these embellishments with the kits from your stash, combine them between themselves, or with different elements from various sets. They are that much versatile.
