Such a beautiful scene has been created here. I love the swan photos and seeing how close the swan was to the cute little girl. The way that the elements have been added add such a neat background for the page. I love the way the papers have been layered as well. This is just an all around terrific page.

I found a beautiful layout done for my Remember the Past challenge last month at Gotta Pixel. This one caught my eye immediately because the dancers remind me of going to my daughter's ballet recital. Those little girls look like they are so enjoying performing and the rounded corners on the photos are perfect for 80s photos! I love how the colors and glitz coordinate with the tutus!

Layout: First Snow

I hope you all are keeping warm! Wednesday I was running around in a light weight shirt and sandals. Today we have a dusing of snow and temperatures in the 20s...and on their way down into single digits! BRRRR...... Just south of us a few miles they got several inches of the white stuff!

I didn't get out to take pictures because I don't do cold. But I found a layout with some beautiful snow scenes. I like the frost embellishments that add a bit of color to the layout. Wanna see?

Layout: Dad's Family

I found a layout today that really moved me. My eye was first attracted to the beautiful folded ribbon, and I love the old photos in the metallic frames. But when I read the comments pointing out that none of these people are no longer with us, it really gave me pause. How bittersweet! And what a wonderful reminder of the importance of taking and preserving those prescious family photos!
